He is the same everyday, and that’s a good thing.

I tweeted about this verse a while back, but didn’t have the chance to eleaborate upon it. If y’all have yet to dive into any of A.W. Tozer’s writings, you are missing out. Yes, his writing style can be intriguing, however he conveys his point so bluntly in this section. “As long as Christ sits on the mediatorial throne, everyday is a good day and all days are days of salvation.” Sometimes in the busyness of school, work, hanging with friends, and even sleeping; I forget the truth of this statement that “everyday is a good day”. I find that the more I neglect reading and spending time alone with God, the more groggy and deprived I feel. This feeling is completely natural for any Christian, who has been so  caught up in life’s daily tasks, that they forget to drink per se. By drinking I mean reading God’s word, and spending time with him. If in the unwanted occasion you are caught up in life’s more challenging seasons, remember that God gives us trials; that our faith can feed on. When being challenged don’t walk around it, but through it. When you overcome adversity, your faith is purer than it was before. So remember when you are challenged, have faith and overcome. If you feel you are about to break, just know,”Christ sits on the mediatorial throne.”
